Job Summary and Qualifications

1. The Facilities Lead Craft Worker functions as a crew leader, overseeing the work of the Master Craftsman, performs Journeyman/ master-level tasks.

2. Uses regularly considerable independent judgement in making decisions without the availability of Supervision.

3. Working independently and exercising good judgment and discretion is essential to this job.

4. Repairs and maintains plumbing fixtures.

5. Performs repairs on domestic water and waste systems.

6. Repairs medical gas outlets.

7. Requests and stocks necessary repair parts.

8. Performs assigned area sweeps.

All other duties assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

• Journeyman Plumber must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Vocational School Graduate
