JOB SUMMARY:
Receives orders from vendors and suppliers on a daily basis. Records items into inventory control system program. Works directly with ordering departments to ensure that products received meet required specifications. Delivers ordered supplies when received. Assists departments with the organization and storage of goods received.

Requirements

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Completion of two (2) College Level Accounting courses from an accredited college may be considered in lieu of office experience requirement.

SKILLS:
Must have good math skills. (Test required)
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel (Test required).

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one (1) year office experience.
Minimum of six (6) months guest service experience.
Prior food service experience to include knowledge of food and beverage specifications preferred.
Prior receiving experience preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess and maintain a valid Washington State drivers license and a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance. (Attach copies of documents with application)
Must obtain and hold a Food Handler’s permit within 60 days from date of hire.
Knowledge of HACCP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
Applicants will be required to successfully pass a “medium level” agility exam determining if physically capable of performing the needed tasks of the position.
Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of customer service to guests, VIP's, and co-workers.
Must be flexible to work all gaming sites Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
Must be available to work any shift to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other entities.
