Job positions available in the following locations:
Hatillo, Morovis, Metro, Bayamón and Guaynabo (Buchanan)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily work route to inspect and photograph the affected unit.
• Prepare damage estimates complying with the established time terms and submit estimates to deliver to the adjusters through system or physical means.
• Check prices and availability of parts.
• Negotiate and reach agreements on damage estimates with the representatives of the workshop or those in charge of repairing the car.
• Make sure to document annotations or necessary explanations in it.
• Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Re-inspect units as required.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Automotive Mechanics or Vocational Course in Body Repair and Painting or Automotive Mechanics.
• Minimum two (2) years of auto repair and damage appraisal experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and keyboard management.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet set dates. Handling various tasks simultaneous.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service and crowd management
• Driver's license issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is required
• Additional licenses or certifications related to the position may be required.
• Proficiency in the oral, written and spoken Spanish language. Basic knowledge of English
