Position Description
Provides support to the Recruitment team and Hiring Managers who support recruitment efforts for the Health System. Collaborates regularly with other recruiters and hiring managers and understands independently what the next steps are for ensuring highly qualified candidates are being considered by hiring managers in a timely and collaboratively manner.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2 years or more of experience in recruiting or human resources. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement. Skills required: Proficient in MS Office Products. Excellent verbal/written communications. Maintains confidentiality. Collaborative, highly motivated. Time management. Detail oriented and works well under pressure. Interpersonal. Judgement/decision-making and negotiating. Accurate record-keeping. Multitasking.
Preferred Requirements
Master's Degree: MBA or Human Resources. 5 years or more of experience in recruiting in headhunting and strategic recruitment planning. Experience with applicant tracking system(s).
