Job description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team internally here at Bowman Williams!
Bowman Williams specializes in working with outsourced IT Companies to fill their direct hire only needs. Currently, we service 500+ MSP clients across 5 major cities and we are in the process of expanding into new major cities. That is why we are looking for a staffing experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us “Staff the Cloud”!
Talent Acquisition Specialist “Staff the Cloud” Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience working for a staffing firm
- Must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19)
- Motivation, ambition, and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.
Talent Acquisition Specialist “Staff the Cloud” Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) (Base salary around $60-65k)
- Bowman Williams pays 100% of health benefits (including dental)
- Unlimited Paid-Time Off (PTO).
- Hybrid work from home schedule ( 2 days remote, 3 days in office)
- We take a 2-hour lunch break EVERY DAY between 11:30AM – 1:30PM (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)
- We have a foosball table, Spikeball net, putting green, dart board, stocked fridge
- We have frequent company outings (baseball games, laser tag, bowling, tubing, happy hour)
- We provide ongoing training opportunities including training on technology terms & functions.
- You’re not a lone wolf – team environment, no internal competition
