Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Report to: Chief People + Culture Officer

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging social media, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to support other HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to identify, attract and hire top talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with hiring managers and HR team members.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
