To serve and provide exceptional service and hospitality to every take out guest. Take out employees are not only responsible for taking the guests order, packing it up and cashing them out, but they are also responsible for completing daily prep and portion checklists, along with daily cleaning checklists. The take out employee must stock & maintain sufficient levels of pizza boxes and all takeout supplies needed while keeping the main focus of ensuring absolute guest satisfaction as their number one priority.

Duties & Responsibilities:
? Opens and/or closes the takeout area properly & follows all cleaning & closing checklists for takeout area.
? Properly executes all prep & portion lists for the day.
? Uses proper Flo?s telephone etiquette to answer and direct calls.
? Demonstrate proper Flo?s order taking techniques, including asking for all of the required information from the guest.
? Responsible for taking guests order in person or by phone in a friendly & courteous manner.
? Has complete knowledge on the menu and all takeout specials.
? Handle Flo?s point of sale system quickly & efficiently by ringing in orders, presenting bills and accepting payments.
? Able to package & organize all takeout orders correctly according to Flo?s guidelines.
? While packaging orders, double checks that all food is made & packaged properly and all items ordered are accounted for.
? Package all takeout orders correctly ensuring that hot food is packed with hot food and cold food is packed with cold food.
? Able to respond to guest complaints by getting the appropriate management to handle the situation.
? Uphold strict cash handling procedures and be accountable for all transactions daily.
? Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
? Maintain a clean uniform and understands that he/she is always on stage.
? Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and laws, including health and safety standards.
