UC Health is hiring for a PRN Talent Acquisition Preboarding Specialist in the Centralized Recruitment Team Department.
The Talent Acquisition Preboarding Specialist is an integral strategic member of our Talent Acquisition Team which delivers the right people, with the right skills, in the right quantity, at the right time.

Responsibilities
- Processes the preboarding candidates, ensuring all background requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the preboarding process flow, ensuring all requirements are met and completed in a timely manner.
- Audits preboarding function to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local and UC Health policies and regulations.
- Maintains standard workflow for preboarding function.
- Assists with Hiring and preboarding process while having regular communication with candidate and team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience
- Preferred PHR, SPHR, Certified Recruiter/Healthcare Recruiter, HRBP
