We are looking for a TSIL System Analyst to join our team at to support the PEO-MS Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office System Engineering Directorate team to verify system requirements in support of Army AMD missions.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Emphasize analysis and verification of requirements.
• Development of verification objectives.
• Development of test objectives.
• Support the Joint Analysis Team (JAT) and support IFMC test team at the El Paso field office.
• Development of verification plans, analyses, tools, reports, and technical briefings to leadership.
• Directly support analysis of Hardware in The Loop (HWIL) and live Range testing of current and developmental AMD systems.

At a minimum you should have:

• The candidate must be familiar with AMD concepts, with specific understanding of engineering principles of sensors, radars, command and control, distributed processing, aerodynamics.
• The candidate must have 2 or more years of direct experience in two (2) or more of the following AMD technologies: track management, state estimation, threat evaluation, engagement processing, IFF, CCTDI, Non-Cooperative Target Recognition, geodetic registration, emplacement, network analysis, RF or EO/IR sensors, defense plan evaluation and optimization, tactical distributed systems, engagement resource management, or force operations.
• Candidate must have experience conducting analysis of large datasets using software tools or scripts.
• Strong skills in coding in one of the following languages is required: C/C++/C#, Java, Python, Matlab, Perl, R, Ruby, SQL, or similar high-level language.
• Candidate should have demonstrated skills in producing graphics for presentation of analysis, including charts, graphs, maps, or animations.
• Candidate must be fluent in Microsoft Office tools and should be familiar with Linux OS systems.
• Candidate must be a US citizen, must be a resident of the WSMR area (El Paso TX, Las Cruces NM, or Alamogordo NM) or willing to relocate.
• must have a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences, or mathematics.
• Candidates with relevant DoD/Army experience are strongly desired, but new hires with exceptional skills will also be considered.
• direct experience with IBCS, PATRIOT, THAAD, C2BMC, FAAD, AEGIS, or CEC.
• Experience with test tools, test planning and analysis, or Design of Experiments (DOE) are a plus.
• Enthusiasm, independent critical thinking, and a team attitude are important, as well as the ability to respond to quick turn requests.
• Candidate must have a current Secret security clearance or be able to receive one.
