Job description
We are looking to hire a Systems Administrator who, under direct supervision provides management and technical support of workstation architecture to in-house and remote systems. Configure, deploy and support desktop applications and ensure all configurations comply with IT policies & security parameters.

Job Summary:
- Create / maintain / distribute workstation images
- Create / maintain / distribute virtual images
- Monitor and manage distribution points
- Manage workstation and server endpoints
- Tier II/III system administration requests
- Utilize change management processes (i.e. project testing, impact analysis, communication, back out strategies.)
- Participate and/or support other teams during implementation projects
- Support a variety of workstation hardware models (desktops, laptops, & tablets). Configure, install, and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide Tier II/III level support for field technicians as it relates to imaging, application installation and basic hardware /software troubleshooting
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience
- OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience OR Five years of related experience
- OR One year of experience at the lower-level Systems Administrator 1 or position equivalent.

Experience:
- Windows System Administrator: 10 years (Preferred)
- SCCM: 3 years (Preferred)
- Active Directory: 3 years (Preferred)
- troubleshooting workstation software/hardware: 2 years (Preferred)
- Windows 10 or above: 2 years (Preferred)
