Aramark Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our team at Christus Santa Rosa Health System. The System Clinical Nutrition Manager will be responsible for managing the clinical nutrition services across a region of Christus Santa Rosa Health System. This role will manage approximately 10 clinical dietitians. The hospitals within System Clinical Nutrition Manager’s scope will include:

• Christus Santa Rosa Hospital - Medical Center
• Christus Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills (office location)
• Christus Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels
• Christus Santa Rosa Hospital - Alamo Heights
• Christus Santa Rosa Hospital – San Marcos

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical nutrition programs, policies, and procedures across the Christus Santa Rosa Health System
• Provide oversight and direction to the clinical nutrition team, including registered dietitians and nutrition technicians
• Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure optimal nutrition care for patients
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and evaluate clinical nutrition programs to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality nutrition products and services
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on nutrition program performance and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, such as Joint Commission, CMS, and State Health Department regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD) Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the state of Texas
• 3 or more years of clinical nutrition experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards, such as Joint Commission, CMS, and State Health Department regulations
