JOB SUMMARY: The SVP, Process Manager is a newly created role in Bank Operations that is responsible for optimizing deposit operations processes. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in process improvement, resulting in saving time and resources.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, design, and manage process initiatives in Bank Operations
• Analyze existing business processes, identify process improvements, and develop optimization changes
• Evaluate customer’s needs to drive process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership to drive results
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations/laws and alignment with the Bank’s strategic planning
• Lead cross-departmental communications where process improvements impact stakeholders outside of Bank Operations, including Compliance, Risk Management, Retail Banking, Credit and Lending lines of business
• Develop and maintain process documents, workflow diagrams, and relevant procedure documentation
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
• Implement strong change management controls

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive knowledge of banking digital applications, deposit systems, and products
• 5+ years of Process or Project Management experience; certification preferred (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP)
• Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation regulated financial institution experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and third-party relationships
• Strong leadership skills to drive, influence and motivate a team in delivery of process improvement initiatives
• Strong communication skills to facilitate continual process improvement
• Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills to evolve strategy recommendations based on data and industry trends
