Qualifications:

• Experience in surrogacy field
• Experienced background in Website Marketing, Advertising, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and etc...)
• Strong communication skills, customer service, and organization
• Available to work flexible hours & overtime when needed
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Organize social media and meet-up events and other innovative ways to grow surrogates
• Follow up application leads, including needed documents and appointments and make sure all the applicants are reachable and all profiles are completed
• Set up appointment and conduct interviews with surrogate applicants
• Reviewing surrogate applications; educating candidates about the surrogacy process, benefits and answering their questions.
• Emailing and following up with potential surrogates; guiding them through the screening process; maintaining internal records and databases; and various other tasks as needed
• Work closely with intended parent coordinator on matching and case management
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
