The Surgical Tech Program Manager will oversee ongoing program accreditation and ensure effective program operations. The program manager will also participate in didactic and clinical instruction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Credentials in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

2. Associates Degree in healthcare related field.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Five (5) years of experience as operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past ten (10) years.

1. Assures effective program operations.

3. Participates in budget planning.

6. Assumes the leadership role in the continued development of the program.
