Busy Ophthalmology practice looking to add to our surgery scheduling team.

Must have 1+ years experience scheduling in a healthcare setting with solid understanding of insurance benefits. Ophthalmology experience preferred but not required.

Duties to Include, but not limited to:

• Face-to-face time with patients to assist them with their surgical needs.
• Telephone scheduling when necessary.
• Helping patients understand their insurance benefits and be able to quote their out of pocket costs.
• Provide excellent communication between the clinic and ASC teams to ensure a smooth process for both the patient and the staff.
• Be available to work at any of our 3 locations (Eugene, Springfield, and Cottage Grove) When needed.
• Must have flexibility to stay after normal hours if the need arises.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
