Will Call Support Specialist
Shift Schedule (Days & Avg Hours): Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $22.63/hr + $1,000 Sign on bonus+ Great Benefits

Will Call Support Specialist General Summary: The will call support specialist is a hybrid position between warehouse and office work. The transition in working hours between the warehouse and front office will be dependent on business needs but more time will be spent picking orders in the warehouse than in an office setting.
Use a voice picking system to pick orders accurately and in a timely manner to support warehouse operations. Organize completed orders based on the time of day the order was received so they can be handed out to customers quickly and accurately.
Help customers through the will call process by verifying orders, printing invoices, taking payments, and utilizing a computer system to keep track of orders, credits, and other customer records.
The ideal candidate must have good customer service skills, communication, and the ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet customers in the front office, verify their order and that it is complete, take payment and use the computer system to confirm with the warehouse that the order is ready to be handed out.
- Use the computer system to manage orders and other customer records.
- Use the voice picking system to select orders accurately and in a timely manner while packing the orders in a way that prevents damage during the fulfillment process.
- Learn the order of the aisles and their sections, learn product and its location in the warehouse, and learn where to stage completed orders depending on the time of day the order is filled.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and accuracy.
- Manual dexterity (finger, hands, wrist), multi-limb coordination, ability to read fine print, trunk strength.
- Ability to read English, recognize numbers, and select the appropriate product to fill orders.
- Understand how to use the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn how to use multiple other computer programs to complete work.
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
License and Certifications:
- N/A – If needed, Harbor Wholesale will train new employees on operation of warehouse equipment.
