Happy Returns operates a national network of Return Bar® locations staffed by friendly, well-trained Returnista® return specialists located in premier shopping centers, national and regional store networks, independent boutiques, and other convenient spots.

Job Description:

Happy Returns is experiencing rapid growth in our Return Bar® network, and as a part of the Location Operations Team, our Support Operations Manager will play a critical role in our future success. We are looking for an eager operations and project manager to lead our day-to-day location support functions and their growth into established internal operations. This is a unique opportunity to impact a large operation at the center of a rapidly growing logistics and technology company.

Reporting to the Location Operations Manager the Support Operations Manager will:

  • Play a key role in developing and executing our day-to-day location support strategy focused on creating an effective and streamlined operation with the ability to quickly scale
  • Manage two location specialists carrying out ongoing support and process control functions
  • Facilitate collaboration with the Enterprise team on escalated requests, progress of onboarding & offboarding locations, and partner-wide initiatives or requests
  • Management of inventory and vendors for all devices and supplies
  • Lead implementation of new processes and operating procedures for ongoing support and process control functions
  • Continually improve and build upon existing processes by identifying areas of improvement and designing solutions with measurable impacts
  • Analyze and oversee reporting and work cross-functionally with team members and key departments to resolve trending operational issues at Return Bars

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • B.S. or B.A. degree
  • 4-7 years’ experience in operations management and process improvement in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in an ultrafast-scaling organization and/or excitement to be a part of one – we are disrupting a multi-billion-dollar industry and are expecting tremendous growth in the near-term
  • Proven analytical aptitude and advanced excel skills to aid the development and pursuit of growth-oriented ideas.
  • A get things done attitude with the ability to pursue work independently and manage high quality results with little oversight.
  • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high level of ambiguity and change
  • Strong desire for continuous improvement as well as a personal, lifelong learner mentality
  • Fully remote position but willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $64000 to $156750
