Supply Planning Co-op

This position reports into the Senior Supply Chain Planner and is based out of Skillman, NJ.

What will you do

The Supply Planning Co-op is responsible for tracking and reporting on topics such as planning scenarios, inventory management, and process improvements. The Co-op will also work closely with other Supply Chain functions such as the Inventory Team, Rapid Response Team and Finance Team.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be actively enrolled pursuing either a Bachelors or Masters degree and be at least a sophomore (but not necessarily taking classes)
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H1-B status)
• Hybrid role based in Skillman NJ. Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op position

Desired Qualifications

• Prefer Supply Chain Management or related majors (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
• Collaboration and team building skills; proven leadership ability
• Analytical mindset and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
• Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Dependable and reliable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc…)
