Summary :

The Supply Chain Data Support Specialist works closely with department team members and customers to optimize our data through accuracy and functional support during daily operations, evaluations, and implementations.

Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Responds to department and customer needs/inquiries regarding product information contained within the ThedaCare item master. 2. Is responsible for new item builds from a template and data integrity. 3. Collaborates with all necessary partners to build and maintain PAR inventories within the supply chain information system. 4. Serves as a back-up to the clinical product specialist, when needed, to review and analyze requisitions for accuracy, contract compliance, and product standardization opportunities. Approves requests to next stage or returns to requester for further information. 5. Serves as “super user” to assist requesters and supply chain team members when the need arises. 6. Assists end users with “favorites” list in the supply chain information system. 7. Performs EDI vendor builds from a template.. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED • Two years of experience in healthcare related field PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance • Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Normally works in climate controlled environment
