Job Description:

Within Enterprise Engineering, Enterprise Supply Chain organization strives to deliver supply chain services at extraordinary speed, scale, and efficiency. We plan, buy, build, and deploy IT assets and accessories to enable our employees to work productively. Our focus areas span supply chain functions across new product introduction, planning, procurement, order fulfillment, warehouse management, logistics, and customer service.

As part of the Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation team, our mission is to be the trusted partner in providing the best in class customer experience by building integrated supply chain ecosystems. We are responsible for where we take the business and how, including overall strategy planning, business operations, building organizational capabilities, and change management.

The main function of a project manager is to plan, execute, or coordinate activities in such fields as order fulfillment, warehouse distributions, supply chain solution design, ERP systems and product roll-out, etc or any other supply chain based projects, to improve the resilience of our supply chain network, business processes, tools, and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to internal teams.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management and business stakeholders to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders; track project progress and communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders and management
  • Independently conduct value stream mapping or workflow mapping to identify opportunities to

improve efficiencies, and develop detailed project plans to address these opportunities with action owner, timeline and deliverables.

  • Conduct effective and productive project updates and reviews with management and stakeholders independently.

-Develop and implement procurement, logistics and supply chain initiatives and capabilities in collaboration with key customers to improve mutual supply chain processes, activities and resulting measurements.

  • Verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving skills, time management, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Google suit, etc.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in supply chain management or project management

-PMI or PMP certification preferred.
-Continuous Improvement / SixSigma certification preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour
