Principal Purpose of Position:
Supervise, coach and mentor a team of supply chain employees focused on ordering, status follow-up, document management, and delivery coordination for stock, factory, and direct orders to drive an exceptional customer experience.
Create a positive and professional work environment through recognition and supportive work relationships.
Expected to interact and collaborate with multiple departments across Fleet & Mobility, including but not limited to; all areas of Vehicle Supply Chain, Licensing & Compliance, Client Relations, Vehicle Remarketing, Finance, Accounting, etc.
Evaluate existing processes and proactively identify new opportunities to assure quality and departmental efficiency.
Develop and monitor key metrics to meet/exceed departmental goals.
Work with Process Facilitator to direct the daily work flow and distribution of work amongst the team.
Respond to internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, explore and implement mistake-proofing measures.
Support the growth and development of assigned employees, and conduct performance reviews.
Support customer or prospect meetings, as serve as direct client liaison as needed.
Serve as the key business contact on any relevant system improvement initiatives.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in Management, Supervisory, or Team Lead role.
Fleet management and/or Supply Chain Knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department.
Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staff
Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department
Has some authority for personnel actions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
