What Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Operations function
Accountabilities
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of Cash Posting, Pre-Close and Month End processes
- Managing Team KPI Metrics
- Participating in business reviews and speaking to client KPI metrics
- Employee Coaching and development
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff
- Administers and executes policies and procedures
- Ensures employees operate within guidelines
- Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers
- Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels
- Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
