Title: Supervised Visitation Coach

Position Summary:

The Supervised Visitation Monitor is responsible for supervising court ordered parenting time. The Visitation Monitor provide a positive atmosphere where parents and children may connect and interact in a safe, structured environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise court ordered parent visits (normal 2-hour visits, can range from 1 to 8 hours)
• Schedule visits, book rooms, confirm day/time with all participants
• Collect payments and issue receipts for rendered services
• Monitor and provide a safe visitation environment for children
• Adhere to TLC's policies and procedures regarding supervised visitation services
• Maintain all necessary documentation
• Participate in individual and group supervision with TLC leadership as needed
• Be available for flexible scheduling (evenings and/or weekends)

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong relationship, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of and ability to access community resources

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field required; master's degree preferred
• Previous supervised visitation experience preferred

Work Location:

TLC's Visitation Center located at 1100 Adams Ave., Audubon, PA 19403 (or alternative community settings at discretion of Coach, Family, and TLC Leadership)

Work Hours: Part-time position, up to 29 hours per week. Evening and/or weekend is expected.

Travel:

Minimal travel other than to/from TLC's Visitation Center or alternative settings
