We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on the job site.
• Review and approve all project plans, specifications, and other documentation to ensure that they are accurate and complete.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and to address any issues or concerns.
• Manage and maintain all project records, including budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical installations, high voltage distribution, and alarm systems.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
