Job description
This position is ideal for a superintendent with a background in building maintenance and construction. The Superintendent will work with our facilities team to ensure that all buildings on the campus are properly maintained and comply with local building codes. In addition to this, the Superintendent should have knowledge of the local building laws and regulations, as well as a familiarity with the local building industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of commercial buildings.
- Plan and execute day to day work to keep jobs on schedule.
- Manage a large number of sub contractors.
- Covering multiple jobs at once.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,099.00 - $72,246.00 per year
