Street/Parks/Cemetery Seasonal P/T Maintenance Position
The City of Zeeland has multiple part-time seasonal maintenance positions open in the Street/Parks/Cemetery Department. Duties include grounds maintenance activities such as mowing, weed control, seeding, fertilizing, watering, trash removal, and trimming; cleaning and maintaining restrooms and other facilities in parks or other City buildings; assisting with tree maintenance, trimming, and planting in designated areas; planting and maintaining flower gardens, shrubs, hedges, and other landscaping projects.
The successful candidate must be at least 16 years old, have excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact and cooperate with co-workers and the general public. This is a seasonal position from May – September and does not offer a fringe benefit package.
