ZERO& and Hanabi are excited to hire an experienced Store Replenishment Planner to join the team! Our vision is to make tasty and healthy food and beverages more accessible to everyone. We are now operating in San Francisco city, Pleasanton, Los Angeles, etc. for fruit tea and bakery products, and we are on a mission to open dozens of locations in 2023. Responsibilities

  • Work with central operations, store operations, supply chain management, and other corporate functions to develop store replenishment planning strategies and material requirement & procurement plans for critical raw materials based on the production plans to ensure availability;
  • Plan, create and operate daily/weekly orders for stores;
  • Generate sales forecasts and run projections for inventory usage. Maintain sufficient inventory levels in the warehouse;
  • Prepare and communicate quarterly raw material procurement forecast internally and externally;
  • Request for raw material procurement and/or shipping quotes, create required purchase orders, review and approve invoices;
  • Supervise outbound and inbound logistics; manage local and central warehouses to ensure inventory data accuracy and smooth daily / weekly deliveries to stores;
  • Calculate COGS and generate regular reports;
  • Other projects assigned by manager;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field preferred;
  • 3+ years of work experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like business operations, supply chain management, etc.;
  • Program / project management and operations experience; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment;
  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational);
  • Experience with Excel and other data analytic tools for running data analysis and building quantitative models for business decision making, pivot table based reporting, using charts for visualization and use of lookup and math functions, and experience with Tableau;
