The Center Manager is responsible for managing all store location activities. They ensure that the Artemis Wax values and standards are consistently applied in all guest interactions. As an EWC Center Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

DEVELOP a team of guest service associates and Wax specialists and help them achieve their personal best.

CREATE a positive environment where you and your team will be excited to go to work each day! Your role will be to foster an atmosphere of confidence where every team member is able to chase their dreams!

LEAD weekly meeting and coach associates to excel and build their skills.

CELEBRATE positive associate performance and partner with the Regional Manager to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development.

INSPIRE confidence in guests and associates alike.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster a guest-focused team environment as a leader, driving volume and guest loyalty.
  • Create a learning environment for associates through use of European Wax Center tools.
  • Manage conflict and coach team by applying European Wax Centers recommended processes, standards, and guidelines.
  • Receive feedback and promote discussions around solutions.
  • Clearly communicate business goals, contests, and performance expectations to all team members.
  • Share information to all levels.
  • Exhibit a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills. Provide team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions.
  • Work side-by-side with the regional manager/ Operations Manager/Finance Manager to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests.
  • Submit payroll and other operating reports.
  • Maintain brand visual and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage and adjust schedules to meet business goals.
  • Minimize loss by following loss prevention best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must have 1 year of previous management experience preferably in a specialty store or multi-service environment.

Must be confident and positive with excellent communication skills.

Must be analytical and detail oriented.

Previous EWC and/or Zenoti Software experience a plus
