MYX Blend Bar - Store Manager

Located in Rice Village in Houston, TX

Work Experience:

At least 3 years or more experience as a store manager

Interest/ Skills:

Interested in sales, meeting weekly and annual goals, sales strategies, motivating team members, leadership, organization, problem solving, training, product development, and interest in the cosmetic industry is a plus. Managing staff, schedules, store dynamics, process/ procedure excellence and sales goals.

Must be interested in Marketing and growing the volume of a business. Duties will include daily marketing to influencers, companies, different groups of individuals and identifying groups of individuals to market to each week. Managing and booking large parties and generating weekly marketing reports. Weekly marketing goals will be set.

Most importantly must learn and master cosmetic color theory training and master the process of becoming a color theory trained MYXologist. The store manager will trained on all these items as well as be trained on how to teach and train new employees.

Store manager will report to the Director of Management and have a weekly meeting either in person or via zoom.

Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel

Work Week: The work week is a 40 hour work week defined Sunday to Saturday.
Work week shifts include Morning or Afternoon shifts Monday-Friday with 2 consecutive days off a week only through Monday-Friday. Working every Saturday is a requirement. Flexible with Sundays off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
