Firearms Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time Hours, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation
Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience
Job Summary: We are seeking firearms and/or hunting enthusiasts to join our Firearms sales team in the Bemidji, MN store! If you are friendly, have an eye for detail, and enjoy talking to others about their firearms-related hobbies - this is the job for you!
The Firearms Coordinator directs the sales performance of the firearms and firearms accessory products of the store. This includes direct customer sales, as well as providing sales and customer service through other co-workers. This position may also assist in the purchasing of firearms for the company.
In addition, the Firearms Coordinator will maintain a knowledge base of hunting and shooting-related activities and will also assist in sales, replenishment, and customer service in the sporting goods department.
Strong working knowledge of retail operations related to hunting, shooting, archery, firearms, and sporting goods is preferred.
