Must have 1 year retail management experience. Great customer service and communication skills. Must be able to lead a team to meet sales goals and shrinkage control. Along with sales generation/customer service, loss prevention, human resources, visual merchandising, administrative and expense management. Responsible for all activities and objectives of store.
