General Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for the store‘s overall operations including sales, profits, appearance and personnel on a 24 hour basis.

Specific Job Responsibilities (essential functions)

• Exhibit leadership qualities and techniques through a teamwork approach to all employees
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to elevate staff and encourage individual abilities
• Recruit, interview, hire, train and schedule all store personnel
• Promote a friendly, enthusiastic relationship between store employees and customers
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
• Communicate to store personnel all policies, procedures, sales promotions and other directives from the company relating to their job duties and responsibilities
• Hold employees accountable including coaching, disciplinary action and termination
• Assure store premises, interior and exterior, are maintained in a clean and attractive manner
• Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to bend repetitively and kneel
• Able to stand for extended periods of time on a regular basis
• Must be able to give direction to staff and follow-up on instructions
• Work in extreme cold and hot temperatures (stocking coolers/freezers, out side work)
• Ability to communicate distinctly on a verbal and written level
• Spend a minimum of 50 hours per week working in the store. You need to spend as many hours as it takes to fulfill your responsibilities as a manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
