Job Description

Stuart Dean is part of an expanding market and has great opportunities for individuals looking to grow. We are seeking field technicians for refinishing and restoration of stone. These positions offer the education and experience to build your knowledge of the foundation skills and techniques needed to service projects safely and efficiently. We provide training to individuals who are interested in restoration work and willing to learn. Individuals are expected to perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled physical labor tasks following established procedures and processes as assigned and as directed by a foreman or supervisor.

*Hourly rate commensurate with experience*

Qualifications

· We are seeking field technicians for the refinishing/restoration of stone

· Work is physical in nature; therefore, must be willing and able to lift at least 50 lbs

· Must be able to climb ladders, operate machinery, and work on scaffolding

· Must be able to understand and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Must be thorough, detailed, and conscientious with the execution of the work

· Valid driver’s license required

· Must be able to read, write, and speak English

· Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus, but not required

· Must wear company uniforms and safety equipment

· Willing to work overtime and weekends, if required

· Must be willing to travel with overnight stays (company provides per diem)

Responsibilities

· Stripping, cleaning, honing, and polishing of stone surfaces

· Accept work instructions from the foreman or supervisor

· Employs methods and processes that eliminate waste
