Job description

As a Retail Stock Associate, you are responsible for maintaining operational excellence providing a great customer experience, while present on the sales floor. Contributing to the overall financial performance of the store, and performing and adhering to operational processes, including Backroom/Stockroom organization, Receiving, Merchandise Mark Out, Item Disposition, Assembly, and Fill Floor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining operational excellence in the stock room including product processing and replenishment
  • Moves merchandise to appropriate staging locations, and maintains stockrooms in a neat, orderly, and safe manner
  • Replenishes sales floor multiple times per day based on business need, pulling and staging merchandise for and communicating to associates to place product on the sales floor
  • Locates and pulls merchandise and fixtures to support sales floor resets activity
  • Partners with team to provide great customer service

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
  • Experience with business operations in a retail setting
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. in weight to maintain flow of merchandise
  • Skilled in website navigation
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and meet deadlines
  • Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business
