Looking for a stand manager to join our BigFoot Java team! This is a full- time position.

The store manager will manage and run an independent BigFoot Java store location in addition to functioning as a barista during scheduled shifts.

Coffee experience and management experience required.

Must be 18 or older.

Must have driver's license and reliable transportation.

Position is Monday-Friday mornings, on call on afternoons and weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Scheduling, payroll, ordering.

Manage day to day operations of stand assuring the store runs efficiently.

Function as a barista and assist staff off bar.

Training, recruiting, and hiring of new employees

Enforce food safety regulations.

Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

Reporting: Invoicing, bills, deposits, balance of daily numbers-overages and shortages.

Available for on call issues outside of normal scheduled hours.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to your district manager.

Ability to stand for 6 or more hours per shift.

Other job information:

1 week paid vacation time after 1 year in position.

Yearly increase in pay after 1 year in position.

You are able to earn cash and credit card tips daily estimated in the salary range.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,040.00 - $60,000.00 per year
