Primary Responsibilities · Answering phones as needed
· Understanding the staffing software
· Staffing all in-home care cases
· Monitoring daily schedules
· Monitoring all dashboards and care alerts
· Communicate with caregivers about clients plan of care and ensure that they are checking ClearCare for their tasks.
· Preform client and caregiver quality calls when a new caregiver is with a client for the first time as well as at least monthly.
· Maintain online client charts: Documenting client communications.
· Ensure that care providers are aware of schedules and scheduling changes, checking ClearCare at the beginning of each week and whenever a scheduling change occurs.
· On call phone duties as assigned
· Cover Shifts as needed until a caregiver arrives
· Any Additional duties assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements

· Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Daily Responsibilities
· Schedule all in-home care cases, current and prospective
· Responsible for the currency and accuracy of the scheduling logs and calendars
· Proactively resolve standing issues as a result of changes to client schedule or caregiver issues
· Maintain record of absences (approved and unapproved), late clock ins, and other issues of all caregivers and report to Office Manager if repetitive or constant.
· Notify Office Manager of all standing scheduling problems, resolved and unresolved, in a timely manner.
· Document all occurrences during on-call shift and communicate any changed to the staffing team via verbal AND written communications after the end of each on-call shift.
· Verify clock-ins and outs (fix in ClearCare) and relays discrepancies/exceptions for payroll processing and note it in ClearCare.
· Monitor ClearCare Care Alerts for missed clock-ins and continue to refresh page every 15 minutes. If any caregiver is not clocked in, call the caregiver to see the delay and then immediately call the client and update them. If the caregiver doesn’t answer, still call the client immediately, ensure them that we are enroute and begin staffing.
· Ensure all client and care provider schedules are complete and correct.
· Ensure that assigned care providers are a good match for the client’s requirements as well as their care needs. Record in ClearCare special requests from clients or employees.
· Make notes daily for clients and employees when needed (a change in hours, complaints, praises, updating level of care. Even the simplest conversations need to be documented in ClearCare!)
· Communicate regularly with clients and caregivers to ensure the satisfaction and report caregiver issues immediately to HR/Office Manager.
· Update Office Manager 15 prior to the close of business activities for the day (written and verbal)
· Answer phones when necessary.

$18.00/Hour
