Our key client is growing like crazy, and we are adding to their team. In the role of an Onsite Account Manager/Program Leader, you will be a leader at the center of the action. You will be critical to maintaining a positive and productive relationship with our client, leading our dedicated onsite service team and the associates who make up our daily contingent workforce. You will be responsible for facilitating an efficient, safe, and productive on-site operation. Please check the description below and reach out to us for more details if you are interested.

• Pay: $60,000+ Annually
• Location: Swedesboro, NJ
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (9:00 am – 6:00 pm); Sat-Sun (On-call support)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support positive corporate partnerships through a proven track record of achieving production goals and/or service-level agreements.
• Interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling and attendance, shift meeting and safety briefings, promotion and dismissals, achievements and infractions, and other general duties as assigned.
• Ensuring the service team performs all tasks relative to the safety program. Responsible for the development and implementation of the program.
• Time-keeping, payroll processing, invoicing, risk reporting data, and associate performance to ensure short- and long-term goals are reliably met.
• Trend analysis, recruiting, and financial forecasting to understand trends, optimize efficiency and improve service delivery, accounting for seasonal fluctuation occur.
• Lead all recruiting efforts to ensure sufficiently, qualified staff levels are consistently met.

Qualifications:

• A.A. or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school and at least one year of related experience.
• Ability to solve complex problems to quickly adapt to changes in a fluctuating business environment.
• Knowledge of a range of software: Google Workplace, MS OFFICE, and ATS systems.
• Comfortable communicating to various audiences, both orally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
