Job description
Lakeview Commons Assisted Living is located at 1422 West 29th Street, Loveland, CO. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable home while assisting residents with activities of daily living that become difficult due to illness or the aging process.
We are accepting applications for a Scheduling Coordinator available to work:
- Part Time (less than 24 hours/ week)
- Flexible schedule - will discuss during interview.
Starting wage at $18-$22/ hour DOE and 3 opportunities for raises the 1st year. For employees that work 24+ we offer a full range of benefits including PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, as well as Discounts from our Pharmacy.
Staffing Coordinator
- Interviews and hires Personal Care Providers (PCP)
- Responsible for daily and monthly scheduling for the Nursing Department for both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living
- Orders and stocks daily supplies
- Reports to the Director of Nurses
- Other responsibilities include personnel tracking of absenteeism, verification of new hire forms, uniforms, payroll records and computerized reports
- Updates schedules for illnesses, emergencies, vacations and client schedule changes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be capable of multitasking, have strong computer and communication skills
- Previous interviewing experience as well as experience in scheduling in the healthcare industry and using scheduling software a plus
- CNA license/certification and Healthcare experience preferred.
