Overview:

• This is an in office position working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm in an office in the Doral, FL area.
• While staffing experience is appreciated, no experience is neccessary to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

Team Select Home Care is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Team Select family.

• Maintain a current awareness of the open shifts to place nurses.
• Focus on finding the best fitting nurse to work with families.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency.
• Build and maintain relationships with nurses and families.
• Promote harmonious interpersonal relationships.
• Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters.
• Perform all other job tasks as assigned.

• Spanish speaking is required
• Scheduling/staffing experience is a plus
• Home care experience is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
