Staff Accountant
Job Summary: The Staff Accountant position is a key member of the finance department and will report directly to the Controller.
Essential Functions: These essential functions are primary job duties that this individual must be able to perform unassisted.
- Review general ledger accounts and prepare and adjust journal entries
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements
- Assist with Customer accounts
- Assist with initial internal control evaluations
- Post monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Associates degree in Accounting
- Must possess clear written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,200.17 - $56,843.21 per year
