This staff accountant position focuses on audits of local governments, not for profit entities, and employee benefit plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage one or more client assignments simultaneously
- Prepare audit work papers that are clear and concise
- Draft client reports and letters
- Build strong working relationships with clients and peers
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Maintain knowledge of client policies, procedures and business practices
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
- Strong technical knowledge and skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Team player with a positive 'can do' approach
- Creative problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree, Accounting major preferred
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time
