The Crisis Nursery in St Charles City is looking for Child Specialists to care for the children staying with us short term while their family is getting back on their feet. Our Child Specialists are highly trained by Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, as well as Art and Play Therapists.

We are looking for staff who want to make a difference in the lives of families struggling with life's toughest challenges. This schedule for this position is

Monday - Thursday 7a - 3p AND Friday 3p - 11p

Our base rate is $16, minimum, for a HS/GED educated person who is at least 21. We offer a premium for higher education and greater years of child care experience and the the Friday evening shift qualifies for differential pay!

Annually, for each full time staff we pay $5,500 so that our health insurance with UHC is affordable! We pay 100% of the premium for a full time staff's $30,000 life insurance, We offer 25 days of PTO for the first 12 months of employment, and it jumps to 27 after that!
