Our Team is looking for a Sr. QA Automation Engineer to provide an in-depth quality assurance support for CareXM web/mobile applications and API. As part of a Scrum team, the automation engineer will develop test strategy, build and execute automation tests and ensures that we deliver the highest quality products to our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Define automation testing architecture, refine existing frameworks, and establish automation standards/practices
- Develop and execute automation tests using tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber and Postman
- Collaborate within an agile team providing input during story development, backlog refinement, sprint planning and sprint reviews
- Mentor QA Engineers on automation best practices
- Develop and execute a strategy for performance and load testing services and applications
- Create and execute integration and regression tests across multiple environments as changes are promoted and staged for production
- Work with other QA engineers in improving existing SDLC/QA processes
- Participate alongside QA engineers, in weekly Tier 3 support rotation
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:
- 5+ years of QA automation experience
- Hands on experience automating Web/SPA using frameworks/tools such as Selenium .Net and Cucumber
- Hands on experience automating web service testing using tools such as SoapUI or Postman
- Hands-on experience using SQL for test data setup and validation
- Expertise creating and reviewing test plans and test cases
- Experience with continuous testing in a CI/CD environment
- Experience working in an agile development process
