Summary of Position

At Teladoc Health, we’re transforming the heath care experience. We’re looking for organized, relationship focused, and strategic program managers to help lead world-class products for our members, providers and clients.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for aligning and bringing together the different functional areas needed for success in building the foundation of our Gaps in Care offering at Teladoc Health. Responsibilities will include building and maintaining an integrated project plan, proactively communicating with the different stakeholders, and driving the resolution of important risks and decisions.

If you’re our ideal candidate, you have a 5-10+ year track record of hands-on, program management experience developing products in healthcare that delight users and drive measurable clinical outcomes. Your products have directly contributed revenue to the B2C or B2B2C businesses where you’ve worked. You love solving new, high-impact challenges, and you bring passion, empathy, creativity and analytical insight to your work, your team and your company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, client management, engineering, clinical, product management, and data science to build and maintain an integrated project plan

• Drive resolution for the most important risks, decisions, and blockers to success in building our Gaps in Care product

• Lead series of cross-functional sessions with stakeholders and proactively communicate progress on initiatives to various levels of the organization and stakeholders

• Participate in a culture of learning and growing, including frequent team forums for idea generation and investigation

• Independently provide input, critical thinking, and escalation for important decisions and risks

• Deeply understand our organization, our users, our clients, and product and apply knowledge to program management responsibilities

Qualifications Expected for Position

• 5-10+ years Program Management Experience launching products in healthcare and technology organizations

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail

• The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedules

• Track record working in high-growth environments, and a comfort level with the pace of change and level of ambiguity that accompanies this.

• Ability to work independently. Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize on complex projects

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
