Summary:

In this role, the Senior Analyst, Field Audit is responsible for executing Vivint’s field auditing program (“Program”).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program Execution: Implement questionnaires and ride-along procedures in the sales field with Direct-to-Home Sales Representatives in an objective manner.
  • Reports and Metrics: Report ride-along results. Under the Manager, Field Auditing, report information that represents the success of the auditing program; report issues requiring further action, including corrective action to sales representatives, conduct a thorough root cause analysis and related remedial actions.
  • Follow-Up: Proactively determine progress and completion of defined remedial actions. Escalate non-compliance as needed.
  • Process Management and Improvement: Follow a well-defined, disciplined audit process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills including influencing, collaborating, and team building
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Unquestionable ethics
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of trust and confidence
  • Ability to stand and walk for several hours each day
  • Proven ability to lead projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • CIA, CFE, or CPA certifications are a plus.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an auditing or analyst role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience conducting field audits.
  • This will require traveling inside the country to different states with traveling expenses covered by Vivint.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates 80% in the sales field, requiring long periods of walking door-to-door, particularly in summer months. Field working hours are typically 1:00pm – 8:00PM.
