Sr Data Analytics Lead
Sr Data Analytics Lead will provide leadership and manage the delivery of data projects with a hands-on approach through all aspects of the SDLC process-requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and support/maintenance phases. This includes data integration, Data Modelling and Data visualization. The ideal candidate will have exposure to cloud enabled data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Leading and supporting Data projects on various platforms like Snowflake, Oracle and leveraging TIAA enterprise reporting applications Tableau, Sisense.
  • Collaborating with various IT partners in implementing data projects.
  • Communicate Expectations, Roles and Responsibilities to team members and hold them accountable to meet the expectations.
  • Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to project manager any risks or issues associated with the development activities.
  • Providing L3 support to production applications.
  • Hands-on coding is expected during critical situations.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Building data solutions using Data warehouse principles
  • 5+ years in Designing Data Solution on various platforms like Teradata , Exadata, or Oracle Databases
  • 5+ years of experience on SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Snowflake.
  • Demonstrated experience in migrating workload to Snowflake
  • Big Data technologies of Hadoop ecosystem – Hive, HDFS, MapReduce, Spark, HBase, Sqoop
  • Experience in CI/CD Process
  • Good exposure to programming language like Java, Python, Scala
  • Expertise in at least 1 enterprise reporting applications like Tableau, Sisense.
  • University Degree is preferred
  • Good Exposure of AWS Cloud enabled data movement technologies
  • Good exposure to programming language like Java, Python, Scala, PySpark.
  • Exposer to version control tools like GIT, GitLab.
Base Pay Range: $97,900/yr. - $163,100/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
