Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support their busy team. This is a fully remote, contract role with the possibility to convert to a full time seat, supporting a well-known organization.

Position Description:

· Responsible for collecting information and developing business requirements for best practices.

· Extract requirements.

· Confidently lead meetings.

· Responsible for effective documentation and creating process flows.

· Responsible for artifact management.

· Communicate from Associate to C-Level executives with confidence.

· Partner with leads to learn the business and effectively execute processes over time.

· Responsible for fully reading and following a very specific set of directions and processes.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience as a BA previously supporting a financial team.

• Solid understanding of actuarial and underwriting processes.

• Advanced skillset in MS Office Suite – knowledge in excel and workflow paths a must

• SDLC Knowledge

• Familiarity with waterfall and agile/SCRUM methodologies with ability to execute waterfall projects using agile toolset

• Visio

• Traceability

• Strong documentation skills

• Ability to develop requirements

• Artifact management

• Process flows

• Fantastic communication, presentation skills with ability to annunciate needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $52.29 per hour
