Senior Accounts Payable Administrator

POWER Engineers is looking to add a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator to our growing Accounts Payable team. This position is based in our Boise, ID office.

Given the nature of this job the right candidate will need:

• Good working knowledge of Accounts Payable
• Good accounting basics with a focus in AP
• Ability to utilize Dataload and Web ADI
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Good analytical skills

General Tasks:

• Process AP Vendor Invoices
• AP Reconciliations
• Unclaimed property review and reporting
• Stale dated check monitoring and clean up
• 1099 Auditing
• Monitor AP Accruals
• Assist in AP weekly processes
• Support other staff members
• Other AP activities as needed

Required Education/Experience:

• College degree with a focus in accounting
• In lieu of degree 4+ years of accounting experience
• Solid Microsoft suite skills
• Solid communication skills

Preferred Education/ Experience:

• Familiar with Dynamics or other ERP Systems
• College degree with a focus in accounting

Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $55-63K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
