Job description
We are currently seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based contract position in Suring, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade and make a positive impact in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to students, either individually or in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication skills in the classroom
- Monitor and track students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all services provided
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Wisconsin state license in Speech Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
