Job Title: Specialized Professional

Position Summary: To provide specialized professional services such as but not limited to, Individual and Family Therapy, Substance abuse assessments and counseling, Psychiatric and Psychological assessments.

Per-diem - $20 - $45/hr

Typical Responsibilities:
1. Deliver contracted services to youth and families in the Erie County Family Voices program.
2. Complete all necessary paperwork and progress notes in relation to assigned cases, within designated time frame.
3. Maintain flexible scheduling availability.
4. Must attend all mandatory in-service training and attend regular supervision meetings.
5. Maintain First Aid/CPR, and Driver Safety certification.
6. Will attend case related conferences and meetings as assigned.
7. Have knowledge of community resources and how to access them.
8. All related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Minimum Education and Skills

• Masters of Social Work diploma or equivalent*
• Maintain New York State License as required by New York State Department of Education
• Experience working with youth-at-risk preferred.

• Social Worker equivalent would include Substance Abuse Counselor, Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner, Family Therapist
